Can I access the pack on xbox one?

I know this is a really stupid question to you guys, forgive me im new to minecraft and this stuff. But can I somehow get the ff texture pack and get it onto my xbox one version of minecraft?

It's not possible to put a texture pack into minecraft on the xbox without hacking, you would have to buy the texture's that mojang has already made for xbox version.
